The following terms apply to all computer training courses offered at NCLI:

• Course fees must be paid as per the schedule agreed at the time of admission.
• Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for the certificate.
• Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and full fee payment.
• NCLI reserves the right to change batch timings with prior intimation to students.
• Students must behave respectfully within the institute premises at all times.
• Any damage to institute property will be charged to the responsible student.
• Course duration and content may be updated to meet industry requirements.
• NCLI does not guarantee job placement but will provide reasonable career guidance.

The following terms apply to all purchases made through the NCLI online shop:

• All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• NCLI reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.
• Orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock after ordering, we will notify you and offer a refund.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
• Delivery is available within Delhi NCR. Delivery time is 1-3 working days.
• NCLI is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
• Customers must verify the product at the time of delivery before making payment.

• Products: Refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only.
• Course Fees: Course fees are non-refundable once the batch has started.
• Pre-admission fees: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services — name, phone, email and address.
• Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

• Uploaded print files, payment proofs and profile photos are used only for the service requested and may be removed after the work is completed or when no longer required.
• Some features may use trusted third-party services for maps, fonts, payment confirmation, email delivery or stock photo search. These services may process limited technical data according to their own policies.

• You have the right to request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
• We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

• Student login credentials (Roll Number and Password) are issued by NCLI and must be kept confidential.
• Students must not share their login credentials with anyone.
• NCLI reserves the right to suspend portal access for misuse or violation of these terms.
• Certificate verification is available publicly using the Roll Number only.
• Student data displayed in the portal is managed by NCLI administration.
