Refund & Return Policy

We back every purchase at Nishant Computer’s with transparent refund and return terms.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

Products are eligible for replacement or return within 7 days of receipt if:
• The item received is physically damaged or defective out-of-the-box.
• The wrong item or specification was delivered.
• The product is unopened and in original packaging.

2. Razorpay Direct Refund Processing

When a cancellation or return refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued directly through Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card).
• Refund Reference ID: Provided in your dashboard and email notification for real-time tracking with your bank.
• Credit Timeline: Standard banking timelines take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items with missing serial numbers, customer-induced physical damage, or broken warranty seals are non-returnable.
