Order Cancellation Policy

At Nishant Computer’s, we strive to make your purchasing process effortless. Learn how order cancellations work below.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order directly from your Customer Dashboard as long as the order is in Payment Pending, Payment Verified, Confirmed, or Processing status before it gets packed or shipped.

2. How to Request Cancellation

1. Log in to your Customer Dashboard.
2. Click on "Cancel Request" next to the applicable order.
3. Select or enter a cancellation reason.
4. Our admin team will review and approve your request promptly.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders that have already been Shipped / Out for Delivery cannot be cancelled via the dashboard. Please contact our support line at 8447075507 for immediate assistance.
